Which software do you use for pano-stitching ? If you use WLPG, you should try a software by the name Autostitch. Use it for cases when WLPG cant remove the seams.

I simply used Photostitch. Woeks perfectly well if you keep full control when shooting your pictures (same exposure/same aperture) !
river....sand dunes...barren rocky mountains...grassland.....all at one place....wow....
