Whoaaa! Thats quite strange, isnt it???? He looks lost!
Either he's crazy and wants to play chicken with the next train coming by, or maybe he works for the railroad and serves as a warning for something... but what ??? Or he's on a mission for whatever deity he believes in ? Very disconcerting image...
