That's hilarious ! I wonder what they mean by "Horn Please" ??? Hope people don't get too... errr, shouldn't say this, but... horny when they see this...

In this case, "Horn Please" just means "Honk Please".
In India, when overtaking or when driving next to another car, or when approaching a jonction, or ... then you need to honk to notify the other drivers/riders/pedestrians of your position.
That's why backmirrors are not used... and why all trucks have this "Horn Please" painted on their back !
Most of the time, there is also a "Blow please" painting for night driving. ;-)
