Free Dinner

At Sai Baba temple, they sometimes offer a free dinner to all the poor and disabled people living around...

Looks good to me ! So did you pass yourself off as homeless to get a bowl of beans ???

Owen,
They offered me a plate of beans and rice, but looking around me to all those starving people, I didn't feel able to accept and take this food.
But all of them were so friendly, it was a really good experience !

A bientôt...

The quality of mercy is not strain'd,
It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven
Upon the place beneath: it is twice blest;
It blesseth him that gives and him that takes...

Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice

The free food pantry at our church here in America has trouble keeping up with the demand.

Nam,
I got your point, but ... ;-)
Frankly speaking, I didn't spot any guy with gold watch or Mercedes car being there and eating... Neither did I see any wealthy-looking eaters...
But may did I miss them...
In any case, sharing a meal always remains a nice opportunity to share more !
